Grab the family and head down to Grand Lake. This 3 bed 3 bath single-story wheelchair accessible home has everything you need for a fun-filled trip to the lake. Located around the corner from Tera Miranda & the Quarterdeck & their boat ramp in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood.

Large Back Yard Entertainment Area features:
- Large Patio
- Fire pit
- Plenty of outdoor seating
- Propane grill
- Gentle slope to the water
- Dock with ladder (you may tie your boat during your stay)

-Grand Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Travel Crib
-Grand Master Bathroom has disabled accessible bathroom (walk-in shower with bench and railing along with railing for the toilet and wide doorways)
-2nd Master Bedroom has a King Bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
-3rd Bedroom has 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower & tub combo. The bathroom also opens to the hallway.
-The Living Room has a pull-out sofa with 2 Twin Beds.
-And 3 Queen-size memory foam floor mattresses for extra guests (plenty of space in every room to put a floor mattress).

We will give you a code to your smart lock on the door on the morning of your check-in.

We are available by text message or Airbnb message at any time.

Around the corner from Tera Miranda Resort and Quarterdeck Restaurant and the boat ramp is 1/10 mile away.

We had a great time at this beautiful place! Highly recommend for large family gatherings right on the lake! Host was easy to communicate with and house was clean and very well equipped.

Girls weekend at Grand Lake

My family has a cabin at Grand Lake so we have always loved coming here to visit, and I was so excited that my sister decided this as the location to celebrate her engagement. When I found this gorgeous waterfront home in the exact area we wanted to be in that was big enough to accommodate all the friends and family invited, I knew it was the one! Everyone walked in and immediately commented how gorgeous it was and how it looks even better and bigger than the photos. With beautiful windows and vaulted ceilings you don’t even need much decorations to make it feel like you’re on vacation. The host was clear and concise with communication and everything went off without a hitch. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone with a large group!

A Lovely Getaway with no stairs!

The house is lovely and well equipped. We stayed with my daughters, sons in law, and grandchildren (ages 12 to 19). The kids loved the game room and went on walks down to the lake. We stayed for Thanksgiving, and found everything that we needed in the kitchen to prepare a traditional dinner. I am in a wheelchair or walker, and loved the ease of entering the house. The house doesn't claim to be handicapped accessible, and it isn't. The doorways to the master bath are wide, but there are tight turns. We managed to make it work though. I really liked the open layout with no stairs! I would stay again. Thank you for a great holiday memory!
