This property is in the newly developed 94 West which is about two miles from Shangri La and steps from Lake front! The home features an open kitchen to living floor plan with TV above wood burning fireplace. There are two bedrooms with King beds and two full baths on the lower level. The second level has a loft bedroom equipped with a TV and video games, a twin over full bunk bed with trundle, a daybed with trundle and full bath. The beautiful outdoor patio/ deck has a dining table set, gas grill and full-size hot tub with amazing views! We recently extended the deck and lowered the hot tub for more privacy. As well as a TV has been added out by the hot tub. Outdoor covered parking for one car with additional parking. There is also a wood burning community firepit overlooking the lake available! The Anchor kids’ zone with games, basketball /pickleball and award-winning dining and golf are only about a mile away. Rental Boat slips available within about a mile away as well.
