This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV with cable, and en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a cable TV, and en-suite bathroom with 2 vanities and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV with cable, electric fireplace, deck access, and en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Additional kitchen appliances: Drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, waffle maker, and electric skillet.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

• Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

• Amenities pass will be provided via text at 3:00 pm CST on the day of arrival.

• This is a 3rd floor unit with 16 steps leading to the front door. No elevator available.

It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
