At the sparkling outdoor pool (available seasonally), you’ll never have to worry about finding your own space to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim. A fitness center, multiple sports courts, a restaurant and café, game room, and even 2 movie theaters are all here for your added enjoyment. Outside of the resort, the spectacular attractions of Branson await! Under 10 minutes to downtown, you’re within easy reach of an abundance of shopping, dining, live music, and entertainment. Beyond the city proper, as you make your way to stunning Table Rock Lake, be sure to carve out some time for even more exciting adventures at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Silver Dollar City, and more!



The home’s interior is just as delightful, with an open floor plan that’s elegantly decorated and well-furnished to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. The stylish and cozy living room offers a plush sofa and love seat to curl up on while streaming a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV. The modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped for all your mealtime needs and offering ample cabinet space for food storage. The chic kitchen table can seat 6 for family-style meals or an evening of card games and casual conversation. Fire up the drip coffee maker in the morning and brew up a fresh cup, best enjoyed out on the private, shaded deck with views overlooking the lush greenery and community grounds.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk-in unit with no stairs.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dog can be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Please note that there is an additional charge associated with accessing this community’s golf course.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This condo is equipped with a Ring security system monitoring the front door.

• The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



The property is located in a quiet resort, but when you’re ready to explore, the home is only 3 miles from historic downtown Branson–an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.
