Very nice clean Property close to everything. The only problem we had was the numbering on the units are really misleading, especially if you’re coming in at night. we had 10 people staying. It was very accommodating for everybody. We would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice place to stay, the hosts we great and our friends and ourselves had a wonderful time. Close to the Branson Landing, to the State Park, Top of the Rock with lots of things to do. We would definitely come back again!

The house was amazing! We were all so excited that it was decorated for Christmas for our stay. We were celebrating Christmas with my husband’s family so it was just perfect. We were all so excited that everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The Rock provided ample space for our family of 11. With each room having its own bathroom it really helped everyone feel like they had their own space. We loved the hot tub of course. Parking was great,

Branson Thanksgiving for the whole family

What a great property! 4 couples plus kiddos and plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and even decorated for the holidays. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful weekend! House was beautiful, well kept and clean. The game room was perfect for the kids and adults loved the hot tub! Kitchen was well equipped for home meals-it was a perfect getaway for our families. The location at table rock lake make for a great view and it was only a 10-15 minute drive to the strip and silver dollar city.

My family and I loved this place! They were all able to have their own rooms. We played games and cooked. We did go out to do some things as well. The hot tub was probably the favorite though.

Excellent Family Friendly Property

This place was fantastic! Great communication with the host, super clean house, spacious, lots of amenities and nice neighborhood. Our teen boys loved the spacious upstairs with bunk room, two big bedrooms, an awesome game room stocked with so many activities and their own balcony. The hot tub, outdoor tv and fire pit were a plus! Would highly recommend!

Great Family Rental

Very clean and comfortable. We loved the bunk room and that all bedrooms had bathrooms. The kids loved the play loft and probably would have been content staying up there the entire time! The patio was great, and i like that there were shades for privacy.

Great location

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The location was easy to get in and out of. There was plenty of parking and the property pools were great. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. There were only two things we thought could improve, the cornhole game only had half of the sand bags and the upstairs deck had an uncomfortable amount of spiders. We had a fantastic time and are already looking at properties for next year.

Most of our activities were with in 10-15 minutes. Cannot say enough about how nice this house was and comfortable it was for our Family!

Excellent Family Vacation

This house was the perfect place for our family Christmas vacation. It had everything we needed for our 12 person get together. The kids enjoyed the game room, and being so close to the indoor pool and the playground, and we enjoyed the hot tub!It was also decorated beautifully for Christmas and the property team took care of replacing the propane tank for the grill within a couple hours of me letting them know it was out one morning! Great responsiveness.

Nice house. Very spacious. Great amenities with indoor and outdoor pools and pickleball courts. BUT... owners haven't been there in a while. Or, their management/housekeeping company isn't paying attention to the details. House could be a 5-star VRBO but right it's only 2-3 star. Here are some easy fixes:-Serious ant problem - needs professional mitigation. Ants in the kitchen extend into bedrooms.-No tissues in the bathrooms.-Empty Shower Gel/Soap Dispensers.-Slow bathroom sink and shower drains.-Bedroom Shades are very light. You'll be up with the sun.-No extra pillows in any bedrooms (2 pillows per bed).-Fire panel outside main floor bedroom needs to be reset. It beeps 24 hours.-Three dining room chairs are broken. Seats come off.-BBQ grill needs a new brush to clean the grill.-Get rid of the fly strips. We rented a nice Lake House...not a trailer.
