The house is large and is decorated nicely, there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. however the company handling the cleaning is not doing the owner any favors. The light bulbs used are at such low voltage that some rooms are hard to see in. The walls and doors have chipped paint in several areas, many of the lamps are not even plugged in. The company has control of the temperature rather than the one who has rented the home, therefore you are either to warm or to cold. With that said, we had a lovely time celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary! With just a small amount of improvements this home could be a perfect get away!

The house was clean and ready to go. The beds were all very comfortable. There was never an issue with hot water. The bathrooms were adequately supplied with plenty of towels and washcloths. The house was spacious enough to give everybody room to just relax!! The property manager Don was quick to communicate when there was an issue and even quicker to get the maintenance man out there to fix a few small items. We will definitely return to this property

Ozark vacation

We found the the house as advertised. The location was ideal for all activities in Branson and boating. Stores were simple and quick to get to. Had a great time.

Great Stay

Our party consisted of 6 adults and 3 children ages 2,3 and 4.There was plenty of room for everyone. The host was very responsive to all questions. Check in was simple. The house was clean and well equipped. There are two pools that that the kids enjoyed. Lots of places outside for the kids to explore.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

Need a few repairs

Nice property.. Owner was nice and accommodating, responded quickly when contacted. Plenty of room for the large group, just needed a few repairs, esp with some of the window blinds and large rug in living room that we kept tripping over because of corner turned up. Also, because over half of the group were 70 and 80 years old and some with disabilities, a grab bar in the walk-in shower would have been nice for protection.

Nice family home

Our multi generational family stayed for 4 nights and had ample room and beds for everyone. House was very clean. The patio furniture could use some updating. Hot tub was nice and the neighborhood pool we did not use but looked large and nice. Location was pretty far out from town but was nice and peaceful. Management was responsive when we had an a/c issue.

Nice house

There were some minor things, broken shades, handle oven broke but nothing that affected our stay. Don as very responsive. Enough space, two different living areas, hot tub was lovely. Enough bed rooms, tvs and bathrooms. The only thing that might complain about was the basement was freezing and we had to turn the heat on and it ran a lot to heat up the basement. The main living space and up stairs temps were fine

Family Trip

My adult kids loved the hot tub and pool table! We also enjoyed walking the trail behind the house by the creek to the waterfall. The house is roomy and beautiful.

Beautiful home

Stayed just for the weekend as a little getaway with the family and everyone loved it. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed the games, pool table, and hot tub. Would recommend and will return.
