This well-appointed home in Branson’s picturesque Meadow Brook community is the perfect setting for rest and relaxation in between all the activities the surrounding area has to offer.
The Space:
Whether this is your first time visiting this eclectic city or you’re a long-time fan, one thing you know is that location is everything, and you’ve found the sweet spot between privacy and entertainment here at Brookside Haven! Guests of the home will enjoy a refreshing onsite pool with surrounding lounge patio, a serene pond with water feature viewable right from the home’s balcony, and meticulously maintained grounds adorned in native flora.
Outdoor enthusiasts will rejoice at the practically endless opportunities for spending long days out and about, with boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, shopping, golf, and swimming all within easy reach of the home. Nearby thrills and attractions are a short drive away, and Branson visitors simply must take a day or two to experience the thrills at Silver Dollar City, sprinkle in some education at the Titanic Museum Attraction, and see what it’s like to live underwater at the Aquarium at the Boardwalk. Downtown Branson and Branson Landing are less than a 20-minute drive away, jam-packed with a variety of dining, shopping, and attractions to suit anyone’s desires.
The home’s interior is a case study in sophistication, with elegant furnishings and décor adorning spaces that promote relaxation and connectivity. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin beds, a TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a main-level, walk-in unit (No steps required).
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
• Fireplace: Yes – electric fireplace (provides heat, no real flame)
Within only 5 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.
This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, and the Bigfoot Fun Park. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
• A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
• This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
• Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
• Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
