This property was new, super-clean, and well appointed. The decor was lovely, and the spaces were huge! It was located in a new neighborhood with little traffic and it was so nice and quiet during our stay. The location was very convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions. We would certainly consider staying here again if we return to the area.

This is such a wonderful property! Beautifully appointed with extra amenities. They have so many extras that make your stay comfortable and feel like you are home. It was so clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. The host goes beyond to make you feel welcome with a surprise treat when you arrive in addition to being very responsive to any questions. I would not hesitate to stay at this property.

The townhouse is even nicer than the photos and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The home has everything you'll need including a steamer and iron. The location is close to the lake, restaurants and stores. Communication with Katia was excellent. The wine and cheese were very thoughtful.

Great Property Close to Canandaigua

This is a beautiful, new, spacious property 5 minutes from downtown Canandaigua and the lake. Street and community are new and the neighbors are very friendly. Street is walkable (plenty of neighbors do a morning routine), but limited by Phase II construction. Otherwise, neighborhood is very quiet, especially at night. There is a lake park with a great walking path that is a short, 5-minute drive. Property is also a 40-60 minute drive to most wineries around Canandaigua, Keuka, and Seneca lakes. Property has a large basement and nice deck and space for 2 cars with off-street parking. Downtown Canandaigua is very nice with many good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We spent 9 days here and would certainly consider booking again. Host was great and very responsive. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. This was an all-around great experience.

Amazing house in Canandaigua

This is such a lovely house. Large kitchen, amazing Master bedroom and ensuite, great basement with bedroom and bathroom, pool table, very comfy beds.We had a wonderful weekend!I highly recommend this beautiful house.

Comfortable and clean

I can’t say enough about this property. It was so spacious, clean, close to downtown Canandaigua, and the beds were so comfortable. It’s rare to find such comfortable beds in a VRBO. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We come to this area to visit family and will definitely ask to rent here again.
