There are two beautiful bedrooms, the first being the master with a pillow-top king bed, a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, sitting and work area, and a full bath. 
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a full size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area. 
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a wet bar.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or even shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
