2300 m² Ft. Suite spacieuse avec une chambre face à l'océan avec lit King Size, salle de bains avec douche, cuisine et ustensiles de cuisine, coin repas et salon avec canapé-lit, télévision, téléphone, terrasse privée avec jacuzzi, 2ème chambre 100% privée avec lit king size et salle de bain privée voir AC. **** Sleeps4. Je ne sais pas si vous êtes déjà venu à Cabo ou si vous connaissez bien la région, ce penthouse est situé sur la plage principale, la seule plage où il est possible de nager sans danger et où se trouvent les bons restaurants, les bars et tout ce qui est amusant, également 1 pâté de maisons du centre-ville. Ce studio penthouse est le meilleur emplacement de Cabo ET de la station balnéaire. nous sommes dans le seul bâtiment du complexe qui est au bord de la plage et, oui, vous bénéficiez du DAILY MAID SERVICE et de TOUS les services habituels fournis avec le complexe, comme des serviettes et l'utilisation de tous les espaces; gymnase, spa, club de plage, restaurants, service de chambre, etc .... Emplacement génial.

The best view of the water in the whole complex. We heard no noise from the brewery upstairs. The hostess couldn’t have been more responsive to our minor problems. The daily maid service was very nice.

What an amazing property! Check in super easy at the front desk. Superb location, easily walkable to everything or a short taxi ride. We loved relaxing at the beach club and the water is swimmable here. The penthouse was well equipped and the VIEW, spectacular with the multi slide doors opening up the living room to the patio. There is a Walmart within walking distance to gather supplies you might need. This is a must stay. Communication with Dora was above and beyond helpful.

Our host was outstanding. Responded in minutes to answer questions and get a couple minor operational issues resolved. Unit had million dollar view of water and located steps to the beach. This is an amazing location, walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and the host was very responsive to our needs while staying. Anyone looking to visit here, this is a must stay, we will be back for sure!!

Everything was as shown/described in pictures. Views forever, clean well maintained owners penthouse. Super responsive host, Dora answered any questions with helpful guidance. Daily cleaning by resort staff was a luxury in a vrbo rental! Great central location. The music from below and above would probably be the only aspect that wasn't our favorite, but it all was over by 10pm.

We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful, extremely clean and the location can’t be beat. The only thing I would warn about is the noise from late afternoon until about 11:00pm. Being located in the best spot in the building all of the beach front bars are just below and they play really loud club music from about 3-11pm.

Great location if you want to be near great restaurants and right on the swimming beach. You can walk everywhere. The room is just a bedroom off the penthouse but has a very nice bathroom. It has a balcony but right now there is construction going on near by. We rented the penthouse for one night and it was beautiful.

Dear Mr. Danie Thank you for sharing your experiance to new travalers . I am glad that you love our Luxury studio ocean view and also the One bedroom Executived ocean front for 1 night. In fact Cabo Villas Beach Resort is performing construction on the opposite side from our condonminium which mean its DOES NOT afect any of the amenities that we offer such as POOL , Jacuzzi and Restaurants , hallways and recreation areas are 100% clear of construction . Hope you come back soon and enjoy the new pool that we will have soon .

Great place!

You are staying at a nice resort in a penthouse type unit right on the beach with awesome views and location to the city and Marina. The resort staff were all awesome and they did a nice job keeping things clean. 3 pools to choose from. Since you are at the busiest part of Medano beach be ready for some club type music from about 8 to 11 so if you want peace and quiet it might not be for you. If you want a lot of action it is right up your alley! Dorita and the hotel staff were very attentive to a couple issues we had with the water. They were fixed quickly.

We are originally from Cabo and grew up on this bay, we all learned how to swim here, so we understand how nice it is to stay in this awesome location.
We still live here and have a house on the beach on the corridor but we keep this condo to relax and hang out on the beach so we can have nice dinners hang out on our bread new roof top 360 and not have to drive anywhere!! We hope you enjoy our magical place on the bay and have you come back year after year like our previous guest do.
