Situated on the ground level, this unit was built as a handicap unit; therefore, it features wide doorways and a no step entry. With a max capactity of 6 guest, come book this unit and enjoy all that Tuscaloosa has to offer.



The Space:

Watercress Condos are a newly remodeled complex just outside of the University of Alabama campus. Step inside the ground floor unit and you'll find a nice kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island and dining table gives you room for 6 to sit down for a meal together. The open concept kitchen and living room allows you to not miss a play of the game while you prepare your meal in the kitchen! There is an in-unit laundry closet off the kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer. We will supply a starter pack of detergent for your convenience.

>There are exterior security cameras at the property. Guests may not tamper with, cover, or unplug these devices.



>All reservations made within 2 weeks of the date of arrival are subject to require in-person Government-issued ID verification.



>If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.



>Please enter the correct number of people for an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.



>No pets allowed at this property.



>For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.



>This property is equipped with noise monitors. These devices monitor the decimal level of the noise in the units.



Guest Access:

Guest will need to provide an estimated time of arrival for check in. We will have to buzz you in the gate and the building upon arrival. Once checked in, you will have a key fob for easy access throughout the remainder of your stay.



Getting Around:

Whether you are going to the University of Alabama, DCH, Downtown Tuscaloosa, or the Mercedes Amphitheatre (formally Tuscaloosa Amphitheatre), this condo is super convenient to it all!

Important: We do not accept reservations from local guests unless approved by the management. Please contact us before booking if you are a local guest.

Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors inside the home.



Additional Guest Fee:

• A fee of $10 per night will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 4 people.



Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
