With 5 large bedrooms (3 king beds, 1 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds - one twin over twin and another with a double on the bottom and a twin up top.) 4 full baths. This home is located on a narrow stretch of island between the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW. Great views of both! We are right on a canal in the quiet community of Galleon Bay. On the front porch notice the sign, it says it all... Paradise Found. It's truly the best of both worlds — water views from EVERY window. Our private dock allows you to enjoy boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and other water sports. There is plenty of room to tie up your boat or water toys. The boat lift is not available with the rental. Additionally, the ICW entrance at the end of the canal was just dredged in 2024 to make it easier to get out and back in! There is a beach access at the end of the road for those who wish to look for seashells, relax, swim, surf, or go fishing. There is an expansive wrap-around deck for outdoor entertaining along with decks from all the upstairs bedrooms, a screened-in porch off the living room, and a ground-level canal front deck. A custom large outdoor shower. You will not grow tired of the Ocean and ICW views. Just to spotlight a few of the features: Hardwood floors, an expansive gourmet kitchen open to the living room and dining room area, large rooms, views, location, A large laundry room is also centrally located for your convenience.

The minimum stay is 5 nights. Longer stays preferred in peak season mid-June - mid-August.
