Good Better Beach - Oceanview and Soundview in North Topsail Beach 4BR/3.5BA/Sleeps 11 - Elevator, Pet Friendly

Located on a corner lot just steps to beach access, you will enjoy the incredible ocean and sound views from the 6 decks of Good Better Beach. A whole-home elevator is a wonderful convenience for luggage, groceries, and guests. Good Better Beach is also pet friendly (one pet is allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee). In April 2020, the entire interior of the home was painted and new mattresses were placed in all bedrooms.

The large living room boasts ocean to sound views with windows on three sides and sliding glass doors to the deck. Enjoy your favorite shows with a large flat-screen TV/DVD/Roku. This is a great spot for movie nights and relaxing.

A large kitchen and dining area will allow guests to enjoy family cooked meals with the conveniences of home. Coffee Maker, Keurig machine, Margaritaville Blender, and tons of cookware accompany the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8...4 additional bar height chairs for counter dining are situated right next to the table. A covered picnic table is also on the ground level for guests.

All 6 decks have ocean and sound views, with plenty of chairs and tables to allow for great memories to be made at the beginning and end of each day.

A private Master Suite on the top floor has a California King Bed, two private decks, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with beautiful sound views. This Master Bedroom suite has a separate seating area and desk.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, all of which have Flat Screen TV’s:
• Guest Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite full bathroom
• A Kids Bunk Room with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed*
• Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed*
*These two bedrooms share a full bathroom

Washer/Dryer is also located on the second floor. No smoking is allowed in this home.

Plenty of parking is available, along with an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes on the way home from the beach.

Linens (bed sheets and towels) are not included with your rental.

For peak season rentals (April through October), Sunday Check-In and Check-Out are requested.

Please note home has a camera under the home where both entrances can be viewed for safety purposes.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was well-appointed with lots of room to spread out, inside and out. It has great views of both the ocean and the interior waters, and is a short walk to the beach. The beds have really good mattresses and pillows. The best part is the elevator. It is large enough to fit our power wheelchair. We'd return to this property, for sure.

The house layout was perfect. I loved the topFloor suite with an office space, I was able to work in a quiet location when needed. The house was very clean with several deck options to get views of the ocean and the intercoastal waterways.

Terrific beach house for a family. Location was ideal just across the street from the beach making a great day at the beach easy & accessible. Communication was outstanding and the house was very comfortable. The only thing we wish we would have noticed earlier was the need to separately rent linens. Sweet Dreams made it simple but it did add a few hundred dollars to the overall cost of the rental. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time.One of the highlights was definitely the view, it was truly beautiful and made the whole experience even more special. Whether enjoying a quiet morning or winding down in the evening, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Our overall stay was awesome. We had a delay with checking in but Christy was more than accommodating as was the cleaning staff. The layout of the house was perfect and the views were amazing! Loved the short walk to the beach! Great place overall!

What a spectacular time we had at this beautiful beach home! So many decks on which to relax and take in the sunrises and sunsets! Cooked our traditional Thanksgiving meal; baked Christmas cookies and shared breakfasts in the comfortable dining area. Reading on the beach was easy thanks to the great beach chairs!Can’t recommend this property enough! We created wonderful memories here! Christy is a responsive and kind host who will make your stay special!

Our stay was a quick getaway family reunion. Even though it rained throughout the entire weekend, the property had enough space to accommodate six adults. The property itself was more than comfortable. clean, kitchen well stocked, beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not venture out much due to the weather, but the view from the balcony was awesome.

The house was extremely accommodating. Location to the beach is fantastic, just a very short walk. House is dog friendly which made our stay more enjoyable being able to bring him with us.

Christy is a realtor in the RDU area of North Carolina and we have managed multiple Short Term Rental properties in NC for the last 5 years. Good Better Beach has been part of a rental program for the last 4 years through a local management company, and beginning in 2021, our family will be managing this property for our guests. Since purchasing this home in 2018, we have upgraded all of the furniture, including mattresses, sofas, flooring and lighting fixtures.

We have always wanted a house at the beach and looked for a home that we could easily walk to the beach to relax. Good Better Beach is 50 yards from the beach and has amazing views of both the ocean and sound, creating many breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the decks of the home. With 4 bedrooms and an elevator, Good Better Beach is ideal for any size family looking to get away! Topsail Island is known for its great beaches, being a sea turtle sanctuary, and has many great restaurants within 15 minutes for dining.
