• Safety Notice
This home is not suitable for small children as guests or visitors. The pool does not have a child-safety fence. Children under 10 years old are not permitted on the property. All minors under 18 must be supervised by an adult when near or using the pool.
No diving. No jumping from the patio. No glassware in or around the pool.

• Pool Heating (Optional)
Pool heating is available for an additional cost:

September–October: $30/day

November: $40/day

December–February: $60/day

March–April: $50/day

May: $40/day
2-day minimum.
Heating requires 48 hours’ notice, and days must be consecutive to maintain temperature.

• Maximum of 6 guests on the property at all times.

• Indoor Fireplace
The fireplace inside the home is not available for guest use.

• Parking
No street parking is allowed. Please use designated parking areas only.

• Booking Requirements
The person booking must be staying at the home for the entire reservation.
No third-party bookings.
The booking guest is responsible for any damages during the stay.

• No pets, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property.

• Extended Stays
Stays longer than 14 days require bi-weekly cleanings at $165 per cleaning.

• Maintenance & Contractors
Routine services such as pool care or landscaping may require access to outdoor areas during your stay. We do our best to schedule major work outside guest dates, but occasional access may be needed.

• Rule Violations
Violation of any house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
