Enjoy relaxing indoors and out under a covered deck with beautiful views of Eagles Nest/Gore Range and Gore Canyon. Kremmling is a sportsman’s paradise centrally located within an hour from Steamboat, Summit County, RMNP, Grand Lake and Winter Park with access to great hunting, fishing, skiing, hot springs, rafting, boating, and local OHV trails.
The home is a perfect space for a friends or family getaway!
Enjoy the comforts of a spacial living area with vaulted ceilings, skylights, radiant/in-floor heating, comfortable rooms and beds, 2 well appointed kitchens, a mudroom and 2 sets of washers and dryers.
Grill out on the deck while viewing the Eagle's Next of the Gore Range, Gore Canyon, and the Colorado River.
Sleep in a king bed in the master bedroom and soak in an en suite jetted jacuzzi tub.
The downstairs master has an en suite bathroom that also opens up to the sitting room for other guests.
Get cozy watching TV while lounging in the 3rd bedroom that has 2 beds on the main level, and in 2 beds in the large downstairs living space.
Close the sunroom door and you have the perfect workspace, game room or reading nook.
Ski within an hour at Steamboat, Copper Mtn, Winter Park - all on the Ikon Pass.
You will have full access to the entire home which includes the main level, our newly finished walk out basement level, both driveways and the deck. There is room for multiple vehicles and trailers on the garage side of the home as well as a driveway on the walkout basement side of the home that can also fit multiple vehicles. There is no access to the garage.
