Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.





**IMPORTANT NOTE RE: STAIRS & SMOKING**

Please note that a number of stairs (approximately 40 total) are required to be taken down from the parking area to access the unit. There is no elevator in this complex.



Additionally, please note that this condo & property are entirely non-smoking. If you are a smoker, you will need to exit the property`s boundaries to do so.





CHECK-IN/OUT

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.



We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Bay Breeze Facts

The property is well appointed, great views and updated bathrooms without a walk-in shower. A deep soaking tub instead, with a high instep and no grab bar. The property is not suited for guests that have mobility issues, eg hips or knees.Thirty steep steps down to access the unit and if you forgot something in the car then thirty up.The unit is 1000ft /- from the main rail line with a frequency of 16 trains per day (Google info). Not for light sleepers.We now know the schedule for the 4AM train.The cleanliness upon arrival was not up to par. The carpet was not vacuumed. The TV did not work and the instructions re the fireplace were confusing.Thanks to the pro active property manager these issues were resolved in a timely manner. We would not rent this property again because after a day of skiing you don't want to deal with the above issues/problems.
