As the name implies, you’ll be located in the private, gated community of Holiday Hills near the championship 18-hole golf course surrounded by the abundant natural beauty of the Ozarks, as well as tons of additional amenities just steps away from your front door. Unwind and bask in leisure as you delight in a rejuvenating dip at the inviting seasonal outdoor pool. A fitness center, multiple sports courts, a restaurant and café, arcade, and even a game room are all here for your added enjoyment.



Outside of the resort, the spectacular attractions of Branson await just a short drive away. Under 10 minutes to downtown and Branson Landing, you’re within easy reach of an abundance of shopping, dining, live music, and entertainment. Beyond the city proper as you make your way to the man-made wonder of Table Rock Lake, be sure to carve out some time for even more exciting adventures at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Silver Dollar City, and more!



As you step inside the home you’ll be immediately drawn into the open, brightly lit spaces accented by calming neutral tones in the wall color, furnishings, and décor. Brand new flooring runs throughout each room creating synergy and providing a clean, fresh environment you can fully relax and unwind in. Enjoy quiet downtime in the living room to catch up on your reading or surf the channels, comfortably seated on the sofa or in the armchairs. When you’re ready to turn up the fun, host a family game night here or steps away at the dining room table with seating for 4. In the cooler months, the electric fireplace will fill the room with warmth and ambiance, an ideal environment for watching movies. The kitchen is well-equipped and capable of accommodating all your culinary aspirations, with ample counter space for meal preparation or displaying a spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, patio, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- A parking pass is available for 2 vehicles.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This is a walk-down unit with 16 steps to reach the front door

- Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.



The property is located in a quiet resort, but when you’re ready to explore, the home is only 3 miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.
