For a small fee of $5 per guest pass, gain access to the indoor and outdoor amenities that The Woods resort offers (indoor pool and spa, indoor fitness center, indoor tennis/pickleball/basketball court, 2 outdoor pools in the spring and summer). Children under 5 y.o. are free. Please bring your own pool towels as The Woods does not provide them.

The kitchen includes cooking essentials such as dishes and silverware, pots and pans, cooking and serving utensils, a Keurig and automatic drip coffee maker, a toaster, microwave and various other utensils and appliances. (Please note there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal).

We will get you started with the basics (a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom), but you can grab anything else you need at the local Martin’s grocery store about 20 minutes away. Also, there is a Dollar General and a little country store called Traver’s about 10 minutes away that carry the basics, as well as wine and beer. Instacart delivers here as well.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Check in is 4:00 PM, Check out is 11:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs can be accommodated at a rate of $15.00 per hour, so long as it does not conflict with another renter checking in or out.
