Close to several hospitals. Few miles away from the World`s largest amateur sports facility in Blaine city. Large backyard for the furry one and kids to play.
2 working desks and computer monitor on one with lighting for your Zoom/TEAMS/Other video conferencing. Super fast internet > 300 Mbps!!!.
1. No smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed at designated front porch of building or outside side entrances.
2. No parties.
3. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night (10pm - 7am)
4. Please remove shoes when inside the house, especially in bedrooms which have carpet. Thank you!
