Trois chambres à coucher appartement au 2ème étage dans un duplex occupés par leur propriétaire. Zone esprit résidentiel agréable à distance de marche du centre de quartier en pleine effervescence. Comme un petit centre-ville dans la ville. Marcher à tout, marché local avec des produits bio frais et de marché de la viande, bureau de poste, médical / pharmacie, bibliothèque, une variété d'églises, beaucoup de parcs, banque, cafés, librairie, station-service / services, des cafés et de la gastronomie, thé et le vin des magasins. Marchez vers le MN State Fair un événement à ne pas manquer avant la fête du Travail. Très calme.

Perfect for our holiday visit. We found the kitchen with everything we needed to cook and bake. The apartment was warm and cozy. Loved the gas fireplace. Also loved the amenities in the neighborhood.

The unit was in an older building, and very tidy. The host was very responsive and helpful when I wasn't understanding that the key lock box was alphanumeric. The unit is nicely decorated with plenty of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, nice artwork, extra towels and blankets, little dish of hard candy, and other "nice touches" to make you feel welcome. I came at a time when outside temps ranged from 50 to 80 F, and was comfortable inside with ceiling fans running. I didn't see a thermostat for temp control, and since the heat is vis radiators, I'm assuming there is no AC. If that is important to you, check with the host, because I'm not certain. The area, St Anthony (in St Paul) is a lovely neighborhood of large homes from yesteryear, with a cute little downtown area on Como St.

Cute palce in a cute, safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Sunny upstairs apartment with lots of window surrounding. Robert and his wife were able to help me staraight away when I had a couple of small issues. Very nice and friendly hosts. Only 2 negatives... One was the cleaning products that are used. They have a strong perfumey fragrance and the fragrance permeates the soft and paper products, and the closets had too strong of a deodorizer. Two, no sharp knives. I had to go out and buy some cheap ones from Home Goods. All in all, great place for my 2 week stay. I will stay here again if available.

Long weekend in St Paul

We met family members in St Paul so that we could visit the Como zoo, do some shopping at ikea and meet a new baby in the family. This residence was everything that we needed, clean and cozy, and centrally located. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Love this spot!

In a cute neighborhood and close to amenities. This Vrbo has plenty of space and is the perfect spot to lay our heads for a few days while at class.
