A short 2-minute walk will get you to the private white sand beach of the Playacar community. If you don't want to walk, taxis pass by every minute or two at the entrance to our street. The home is located in the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated community of Playacar, Tennis court is next to the house. Free community pool is across the street. The entrance to the community is guarded and we have security patrolling the streets 24 hours a day. With an airy and modern interior design, the villa features 5 bedrooms with ensuite Bathrooms and balconies, rooftop terrace, Spa, a heated private pool, swim-up bar, 2 whirpools, air-conditioned bedrooms, high speed internet, Sonos sound system and HD TVs.
