Welcome to Southern Charmer, y'all! This STUNNING brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo in Auburn is very spacious with just over 2,000 square feet and sleeps 8 people comfortably. It is only two miles from campus and right around the corner from the Tiger Transit stop at the Auburn Mall so getting to the game is easier than ever! If you would rather drive to the game, we have you covered with a free parking pass! The location of this home is right in the heart of Auburn with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

This fabulous home has all of the bells and whistles featuring hardwood floors, a king master bedroom and ensuite walk-in shower bathroom on the main level, two dining areas, granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, and a laundry area conveniently located off the kitchen. The living room area has an abundance of natural light and is outfitted with super comfy furniture that's perfect for relaxing with some Toomer's lemonade before you head to the stadium! The kitchen is fully stocked should you want to whip up some tailgate food or exquisite meals AND it comes with a Keurig coffee maker.

Head upstairs where you will find another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and an adorable twin room with a cozy reading nook! The queen bedroom has a desk area incase you need to get a little work done on your laptop. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs with tub/shower combos. This home will truly CHARM your socks off so plan your trip to the plains and book today!

Perfect spot for our needs, Madison was very helpful answering questions about the lock box late the first night and getting us our parking pass early the next morning. Clean, nice place!

Everything was in great condition. There had been a power outage that caused a circuit breaker to trip due to some weather issues. And she addressed our questions immediately with a personal visit. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

This is the second time we have stayed at Southern Comfort, and would choose it again if it was available.The property is clean and very comfortable. Furnishings and bedding are all in excellent condition. The kitchen is well stocked as well with kitchen items— pots, pans, silverware, crockpot, blender, etc. The management company did not feel like a management company— very professional, but very personable! We had a couple of questions, and they were prompt in writing or calling back each time. If southern comfort was not available, I would try to rent another of their properties!
