The 1500 sq ft space features a California king bed in the bedroom overlooking the main channel of the lake and a double sleeper futon in the game room. Perfect setup for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Anything over 3 persons is $50/night. Guests can enjoy amenities like boating with available dock, 2 canoes on property, swimming, fishing, pinball, WiFi, Dual sided gas fireplace (seasonal). The bathroom has a full bathtub ,shower, urinal, bidet. A separate building closer to lake offers closer views and entertainment like corn hole, old school stereo and a gas fire pit. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Fall in love with Smith Mountain Lake sunsets and main channel boating activity. We only allow up to a one week stay at this time. Additional days can only be approved face to face with the owner and calendar availability. Ramulous Vineyard is open year round and 1 mile away. A canoe is available and a slip is available if you bring your own boat.(both at your own risk)
