You'll also enjoy the enchanting living room with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. The “work café” comes equipped with a printer for your convenience. There is an also a coffee bar in the work café, where you can brew fresh ground coffee. With amenities like WiFi, washing machine, and a clothes dryer, your stay here will be amazing. Not to mention, there are two (2) balconies to relax and sip your favorite beverage. This is a very nice place to stay in a great neighborhood. Very easy to access. And neat a very nice area for shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. As a veteran myself it is also nice to know the owners of the property are also veterans.

Great place!

Owner was very responsive and the house is great. Super clean & everything you'd need to cook, grill or just have a quick cup of coffee. The location is walkable to the attractions on the Delmar loop with easy access to public transportation.

My daughter & I went to a concert at the Pagent - this was a PERFECT location. Space was super cute, clean & welcoming. 2 minutes walk to venue. We did have to look for parking, but it was only a 1 minute walk from many spaces. Would definitely stay there again & recommend to frinds.

The perfect spot in St.Louis

We had 6 adult family members going to St. Louis to watch my sons last football game of the year. The house is not only near his college, but also near pretty much everything. We were able to easily walk to the Loop and hit up some bars and restaurants. Forest Park is near by and there is public transportation options also near by as well. Aside from the location the house itself was equally amazing. The 6 of us had plenty of room to hang out together. The furniture was comfortable and everyone talked about how comfortable their beds were. Communication with the host was also top notch. I could not be any happier with our stay. Anytime we need a place for 6 people while visiting St. Louis this will be the first place I will check every time.
