Situé sur une large plage de sable blanc de sucre, ce condo lumineux et confortable avec vue sur l'océan est la famille idéale pour s'évader! Profitez de votre café du matin sur la terrasse privée avec vue sur l'océan, passez votre journée à profiter de la belle plage à quelques pas de votre unité, ou détendez-vous dans la grande piscine juste au bord des dunes.

Ce condo NON-FUMEUR entiÚrement équipé a toutes les commodités de la maison. Lit queen dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la 2e chambre, canapé-lit queen-size. Les unités du troisiÚme étage ont un plafond cathédrale dans le salon qui ajoute à la sensation d'espace de notre unité.

Les autres commoditĂ©s comprennent un ascenseur pour cette unitĂ© au 3Ăšme Ă©tage, une grande piscine d'eau salĂ©e en bord de mer et une terrasse attenante. Trois barbecues sont situĂ©s juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la terrasse couverte avec des tables de pique-nique. Le complexe dispose d'un parking couvert, avec deux vĂ©hicules autorisĂ©s par unitĂ©. Cartes de stationnement incluses dans le total de la location. Le condo est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© du golf, du parc d'État, des Ă©piceries, des magasins de rabais, des restaurants, des parcs aquatiques / d'attractions et de la restauration rapide. Pas d'animaux, non fumeur et au moins un locataire doit avoir 25 ans ou plus.

If you are looking for a condo right on the beach that won’t break the bank this is it!! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the closet with all the beach things was a wonderful bonus! We loved the fact that you are between all the high rise condo complex’s
 no fighting for a spot on the beach as this is a smaller condo complex. Tired of the beach, sand or Jellyfish, no worries, head right on over to the pool! Mark was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions and very responsive! This was our first time to Orange Beach (we normally go to FL) we will definitely be back and stay here again. We had a fabulous trip, but it’s hard to have a bad day when you are at the beach!

All condos are at least one flight of stairs above ground level. The elevator was not available and We had two elderly and a toddler to negotiate the stairs all our stay.

Relaxing

We don't go a lot of places while on vacation just mainly use the time to relax. Easy access to the beach with lots of good places to eat very close by. We love this area!

Wonder Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! It was great to be at a place that has its own beach so that I did not have to worry about my kids crossing the street! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, easy access

This location was great for our stay. We enjoyed the beach access and the location was convenient to our activities. The condo was comfortable and was well stocked with kitchen utensils and starter soaps etc. Loved having their loaner closet of beach chairs.

Staycation

We live just a short distance away, but wanted a nice beach getaway. Although the weather wasn’t very cooperative the property was nice and peaceful. It was convenient to everything and a very short walk to the beach.
