The house was in a great location for Estes RMNP. You do need reservations in the summer-Sept. to get in! There were two restaurants and a bakery near the house that were all excellent! We loved the hot tub. The first morning there was an elk napping in our front yard, and in several neighbors yards as well. There were herds of elk everywhere. RMNP was amazing!

We had a very nice stay at the house. It gave us a nice rustic feel. Plenty of towels. There were a few things that would have been nice to know before staying. We saw it had an ice and water feature on the fridge. It was not working and we did not realize until we were getting ready for our hike. The lighting at night made it hard to see the steps. The rock step ups were loose. The driveway was difficult to navigate. My husband became an expert. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

My wife stayed here with six friends who came from out of town, and they all loved it! The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us, with plenty of space inside and outside to relax and hang out together. The views were breathtaking, and the entire place was beautifully decorated, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The property had all the amenities we needed. The location was also really convenient, close to the park and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings. Overall, we really loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was the cleanest house we’ve ever rented! Check-in was extremely easy and locks were easy to come and go. The kitchen was well stocked but a Keurig would have been great!

Price is comparable to the surrounding area for the time of year. We stayed as a family of 6 with both young and older kids. A baby gate for the steps would have been nice but we managed for the length of stay. Kitchen was very well equipped, would have been nice if the ice maker was hooked up so plan on making your own ice with provided trays or pick up ice to keep at the home. Spa was nice and clean; location is within 10min drive to Bear Lake Corridor at RMNP so very easy to maintain an early reservation time even with young kids. Plenty of towels and linens. Beautiful view and outdoor spaces to enjoy!

Beautiful get away

The property was wonderful, perfect location to RMNP and Estes Park, the communication was great, and the amazing view! The bonus was the deer right outside of the house every morning and in the evening a momma and two babies. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this home. The location is great -- very close to the park and not far from town. It's a quiet location -- we had elk in the yard when we arrived which was so cool! The living area is very comfortable, and we loved having morning coffee on the deck. Would love to stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

It was a home away from home. There were plenty of tools to cook your own meals, great bathrooms, and very spacious bedrooms. I would highly recommend this place, and hope to stay here again soon.

Great Estes park cabin

This cabin had beautiful views of the mountains and was a great getaway in Estes Park. Perfectly located near the entrance to RMNP. The cabin had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub. The only downside was that the beds weren't super comfy.

Rocky Mountain paradise

It was so amazing to wake up with the mountain view and have coffee and seeing the snow capped peaks from afar. The drive into Estes Park was amazing. The house was perfect. Perfect location, perfect and restful and easy to access. Loved it and would stay here again.

RMNP Trip

We totally enjoyed our stay! The location of the house was perfect for many trips to the RMNP. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed having coffee on the back deck watching the herd of elk that would surface daily and the view of the mountains. We also highly recommend dining at the Bird & Jim Restaurant which is just a few blocks from the house.

Estes Park RMNP

Great location, just five minutes from RMNP gate. We saw elk in the back yard. Nice quiet community. House was OK, not great. Nice kitchen, and living room area Bed in upper bedroom was very soft and frame creaked. No privacy curtains in bedroom. There are small metal medallions.hanging off the siding. With the constant breeze they banged against the siding all night. I guess this is to deter woodpeckers from the wood siding?

Very nice home with beautiful views of Estes Park.

Home was as expected based on previous reviews and owner description. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare full meals. Dining and living rooms very spacious to our group of seven. Bedrooms were very nice and roomy. Bathrooms also very nice with all the extras needed. Only issue we had was the air conditioner did not cool and could not be repaired while we were there. This was not a huge issue just an inconvenience. Overall would highly recommend this home!

Great Location

We loved the property. The view was great. The location was perfect for the park and for the downtown area. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of hiking. We could see stars from the balcony. Awesome. The area was quiet. The kitchen is very disorganized. It made cooking awkward. The master bed is very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping in the bunk bed downstairs. The recycling was full when we arrived. We were not sure if there was a trash day. I would stay there again. Overall, it totally met our needs as a family.

As advertised, Recommended

Everything was as advertised, nice place. We found the views of the Longs Peak range from the living/dining area a bit better than the pictures indicate. However, the windows were quite dirty, which is ironic, considering the 'Majestic Views" are touted in the property title. The host rep said they couldn't get anyone out to clean the windows during our Thanksgiving weekend stay, which is understandable. One annoyance was the electrical circuit in the kitchen becoming overloaded when running the microwave. This caused the microwave to stop working until it was unplugged/replugged. At one point the circuit breaker was popped. A quick message to the host rep directed us to the panel outside near the hottub to reset the circuit breaker. We enjoyed the deer and elk in the neighborhood, and walking to the grocery store. RMNP is super-close, which was a real plus. Overall, we recommend this accommodation.
