An amazing place to stay for a large group with plenty of things to do and room to spread out! We had no issues entertaining kiddos and adults alike, the kitchen was plenty big to cook meals for everyone and the extras put the bow on top. Also nicely located in relation to everything else in the area - close enough to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge without being in the middle of it all and the road that the cabin is on can be reached without having to get stuck in the parkway traffic!

The entire process was smooth and the staff was great to work with. I was very pleased with the kitchen along with how well it was stocked with enough dishes for my crowd.Plenty of everything including places to sit and eat and parking. There are a few items that need to be looked at from a property upkeep standard like kitchen flooring in front of bar area, tightening of door knobs, large drawer that would not stay shut, etc. But all in all it is a great place at a fair price for a large family or group.

We used the house during our softball retreat and had such a great time. The main floor was large and had plenty of room for the whole team and coaches to hangout in. We were able to make homemade pasta on the kitchen island and also line dance in the living room. There was also plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably!

I really liked the property. It fit our family well. When we had an issue, maintenance came out right away. My only recommendation would to have a better stocked kitchen. The stove was a bit hard to work with in feeding a large group. Also, we think there is something up with the HVAC system. One side of the house would be freezing while the other side was really hot. Everything else was great!

Great Family Getaway

This place was a great size to accommodate all of the family members that stayed here. There was entertainment on every level. I would have liked to have a better outdoor scenery but we had plenty to do indoors. I would improve the water pressure and temperature as it was not very strong or hot.

The house was perfect for our family of 28! Lots of room , games , pool and hot tubs were great . We made lots of memories and had a black bear visitor on our porch which was super cool . I would only recommend some extra pots and containers with lids . Very very little were available for a big family house . We definitely will book again .

Beautiful house the only negatives were the Ice maker’s in both refrigerators barely worked, so we had to buy ice. The stove needs to be upgraded it took twice the time to prepare meals due to the small burners. I’d definitely rent again.

Our family just returned from a wonderful family reunion in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, there were 25 of us. The house was amazing. The pool was small but the grandchildren loved it. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own room with it being 3 floors. The house was clean and roomy. We did have company in the backyard, 2 black bears showed up, we were all in the house when the bears walked across the yard. Just be mindful when you are in the hot tub or setting on the deck.

The property was clean. And was big enough to fit our needs. This would have been a 5 star review, but there were some issues with the handle of the lock for going into the pool area. Also ninety percent of the king size beds had an issue with the box springs, so the first night was not very restful for all those that were in those beds with the problem. With that said, I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the team, the maintenance people were out there within an hour and a half of letting them know of the problem and the problems were resolved.
