The space
Newly Gorgeous Renovated Stone Villa located off the coast of Ionian Sea, in Navarino Bay in the beautiful Southern Peloponnese in Greece resides a 3 story Villa from the 1800’s that is situated on a ½ acre plot surrounded by a scenery of ageless olive groves and a sea view from atop the hill that exudes pure relaxation and luxury. The Villa is tastefully designed and furnished with upgraded kitchens & bathrooms in a Myconian Mediterranean décor with Jacuzzi tub, hammam and an outdoor living room designed for comfort and lounging.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with a private pool, an outdoor bar, kids playground, ping pong table, soccer table and an outdoor parking space in the property.
The entrance to the villa is in the main floor (1st level) which features a spacious, comfortable living area with dramatic arches and delightful furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, one bathroom and living room area with luxurious white linen sofas in front of a fireplace. The interior of the house is mostly wood doors that open to a terrace overlook the pool from where you can enjoy amazing views of the bay and the sunset. Stairway will take you to the (2nd level) where the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths are situated. One master suite includes a queen bed with private bath & balcony with pool and sea view, 2 bedrooms with balcony, sharing a hall bath that has a large window with a view to the pool and sea. All beds have new mattresses and linens.
Lower Level “Guest House” is a spacious, charming and cozy cottage with a twin bed (two full size 140cm single beds), 2 sofas, kitchenette, table, closet, a full bathroom and a storeroom. It can Accommodate 3 Guests, ideal for a couple or 3 kids.
The spa with view to the garden and the pool is also situated in this level, but it is separated from the rest of the house as it has a different entrance. It is equipped with a hammam (marble seats for 3 person), a Jacuzzi hot tub for two and a WC also for pool users. An outdoor living area with built in lounge couches and a bar top area.
