Better directions to find the place would have been good. Otherwise an excellent place, beautiful location and everything worked as it should. The owner is a lovely lady and very welcoming and just a gem. Nice cold A/C pool was clean and clear and refreshing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The deck and pool were wonderful and the view was great as well. We enjoyed some of the nice villages in the area as well,Our host was very prompt with any questions that we had.

Property was perfect. Our family enjoyed the home, location, town and many sites nearby. Property manager was very responsive! We had a wonderful trip.

We Love Greece

Pro- beautiful view and pool- great air conditioning- clean- plenty of towles. Only for information- no wifi in the lower level bedroom. Has cable but wifi unable. We had a wonderful time and would stay again or tell friends about.

Lovely outdoors, the inside is okay. We mainly enjoyed being outside, which was the highlight of this stay. The AC worked well and we barely had to use it since the house was well insulated. The upstairs unit is wheelchair accessible and built for this, which explains the kitchen counters to be lower and the shower being inside the bathroom without any walls. We showered downstairs since it was much easier to shower there. It was only four of us, so we all slept upstairs and wouldn’t have want to sleep downstairs since it felt and smelled wet in the downstairs unit. Be aware that there is no dishwasher and the TV and wifi are not usable. We had to turn on our data, and reception was minimal. Some bugs made it into the house, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, nice house with an amazing pool & ocean view.

Excellent views and comfortable house

Our family of five, parents, two tweens and elder loved our stay. The pool was by far the highlight with the views of the ocean bay and mountains. Our kids spent hours day and night. However the home itself is very comfortable, had plenty of space for everyone. We loved how close the house was to town and enjoyed dinners in the plaza at the centre of town as well as quick drives to get coffee and food provisions. Great house!

A great house with a beautiful view of the sea. Well located to explore the region and close to shops and restaurants.Just a small downside regarding the main floor bathroom, which is not very practical (no shelves and it’s difficult to shower without getting water all over the room). But everything else in the house and the equipment is perfect!

A perfect Place

The house is exactly as shown. It is well-exposed to the morning sun and is not under direct sunlight during the hottest hours of the day. The location is perfect for visiting the main sites of the Peloponnese, including beaches and cultural sites. I highly recommend it.

Summer in Petalidi

Fantastic property with the most amazing views out to sea. The beds were super comfy and there is every thing you could need for a family holiday. Communication with the owners was fast and they were very kind and even delivered a cake. Only issue for us was the smell of damp in the lower bedroom and the fact that it was a 35 minute walk along a road with no pavement to the tavernas so we had to drive. If that’s not an issue for you then I highly recommend this property.

The villa is in a stunning location, the pool and outside space were perfect for us.The interior of the property is lacking a few things but nothing major, it needs a little updating, the bathroom mirror on the first floor is still broken and 1 of the glass windows behind the couch has a big crack in it, first floor bathroom could do with some shelving for bathroom items and maybe form a step into the shower area to stop the water spreading to the rest of the property. More cooking utensils required for a self catering property and there was nothing to clean the bbq grill or oven with. We had to wash the crockery before we could use it as it was missed by the cleaner and the bbq looks like it hasnt been cleaned for a while , so we didnt use that.All in all it is a lovely property that just needs a few little things rectified and maybe a chat with the cleaner to make everthing 5 star.We very much enjoyed our stay and the items i listed did not dampen our holiday unlike the weather hahaha.

Fabulous house in outstanding setting and views. One cannot think of a more amazing place. We all enjoyed the pool, kids particularly. Very comfortable and great standards of cleanliness. The road below has very little traffic and not a problem. The beach in front is a non event. However the house is close to Petalidi village supermarkets, bakeries, and friendly tavernas (Argo recommended) but avoid the pizzeria (poor quality). A few issues at the start were quickly dealt with by the very friendly owner Vina. Our favourite beach turned out to be Peroulia with loads of sunbeds and a fabulous and friendly restaurant. Worth using the restaurant car park! Also recommend a visit to Koroni, a very pretty Venetian village at the end of the peninsula. Loads of tavernas by the sea. Don’t bother with Kalamata, a concrete building’s ghetto. It is a highly recommended holiday rental. Car necessary! However to find it look up Red Rock Villas. Villa Aurora is not listed on Google maps. Thank you so much Vina, we had an unforgettable holiday! Domi

Beautiful Location, Poor Maintenance & Unprofessional HostStunning seaside location with a great pool, but serious issues made this a disappointing stay despite the high price.Problems: Multiple broken items on arrival (mirror, window, hammock, umbrella). Kitchen missing espresso machine shown in photos. Tiny main bathroom with no storage or shower curtain, so the floor flooded every time. Separate downstairs bedroom had mold, a musty smell, and also no shower curtain. Wi-Fi was nearly unusable. Aggressive bees/wasps made outdoor dining impossible — the owner did nothing when informed.Host Issue: Despite making the best of the stay and leaving the villa clean, even washing the towels, the owner later made baseless damage accusations. We felt harassed, and it turned an already disappointing stay into an unpleasant experience.Bottom Line: Fantastic location, but the property needs major maintenance and a far more professional host. Cannot recommend at the current pricing — consider other seaside options in the area.

Ideal für Familien

Das Haus mit gugantischen Meerblick und Privatpool halten, was versprochen wird. Der Strand ist sehr steinig, aber dafür leer. Tipp: Links bei den großen Felsen ins Wasser gehen, nur dort gibt es keine Steine. Die Straße unmittelbar vor dem Haus ist mäßig befahren. Ein Auto ist ein Muss, der nächste Ort inkl. Einkaufen/Restaurants ist ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Insgesamt für Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft, genauso wie sie im Internet dargestellt wurde. Die Straße hat überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer und die Berge war einfach phänomenal. Wir kommen wieder.
