We had a great stay at Stanza Mare. Dion, our main contact and the unit’s manager, was wonderful. His responsiveness, timing, and attentiveness whenever anything came up were truly appreciated. Everything was handled smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely rent from him again. A few amenities could use some upgrades. The screen door was broken, and the bedding could be improved with better pillows and sheets. Aside from those items, everything else was fine and did not take away from our overall stay.

Just ok but bad property management and communication.

Positives: good location beach side, nice pool, walking distance from restaurants, safe Negatives:Poor communication with property managers. Arms bands not given at check-in. Security at gate refusing entry as a result, leading to an argument . Management tried to charge me 50usd for electricity consumption even though rental contract and conditions do not specify that electricity is charged extra. This is a scamming attempt.Internet is poorKitchen is poorly equipped Noisy A/C in one room Nothing special about this place. There are better, newer and more modern options in Bávaro for the same price. Definitely not a 10, rather like a 5-6 at best. Won't return.

Perfect Condo, Perfect Vacation

We have stayed at Stanza Mare a few times. This was hands down the best condo we have stayed in. Very nice, updated, clean condo. Big balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Elvis was great to deal with during check in & out!We booked a few trips from the office st Stanza Mare. This was very easy and straight forward. The glass bottom boat tour was perfect. They picked us up & dropped us off right at the beach in front of the condo. Stanza Mare is in the perfect spot in Punta Cana. It is right in the middle of everything you need. The condo had a large kitchen and we planned to cook during our week stay. That never happened. We used the money we saved not staying at an All Inclusive & ate/drank at all the local spots. All the beach bars are in walking distance. Huracan next door is great, Sole is too, all the beach bars were good! We also did the very short walk into town. Chill vibe with plenty to do. Our favorite restaurant in town is Citrus.The beach chairs are perfect. The security guards are on top of watching the guest belongs. So feel free to leave your stuff and swing by the beach bars for lunch or a cocktail. Make sure to tip the guards! They are there for you. The pool bar is so easy and convenient! We would put our order in, take a swim, take a walk, shower or something like that. Then come back & have breakfast. We tried Pina Coladas at every bar. The pool bar has the best ones!We liked it so much that we rebooked for next year!

Beautiful Condo

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, a vista até mais bonita pessoalmente. Condomínio bem aberto e mesmo assim seguro, sempre com seguranças ao redor. O apartamento tinha utensílios para cozinhar no local e roupas de camas para utilizarmos. O único ponto é não ter ar condicionado na sala e cozinha, mas se deixar tudo bem aberto ameniza o calor, pegamos uma semana bem quente. O anfitrião foi muito solicito e não tivemos nenhum problema.
