The apartment was in the walk out basement of an unoccupied historic building in need of repair. Parking was very convenient close to the entrance. There was no breakfast as advertised. The out door seating under a covered area was nice on a stormy evening. Cute town with a good local restaurant and coffee shop.

It was easy to check in! The suite was very clean and quiet. We slept well. In the morning, we enjoyed our conversation with Katie while we ate a hearty breakfast. Katie was both friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the house and the surrounding area. A good experience, over all.
