We allow one dog up to 30 lbs. for a $75 length of stay fee. Please tell us your pet's breed and weight when you complete a booking.

Free, flat paved parking in front of the cabin for up to two vehicles is provided.

Two swimming pools are available in Mountain Shadows Resort for guest use from May 1st to October 1st.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire cabin during your stay, except for a locked closet in the bathroom where supplies are stored. Keyless entry makes check in and checkout a breeze. Prior to check in, you will receive a pre-arrival message containing important check in information, including directions and an access code for the electronic deadbolt.

The Neighborhood:
The cabin is located in the convenient and highly-rated log cabin community of Mountain Shadows Resort. The resort offers a quintessential Smoky Mountain experience while still being close to town. During the summer months, enjoy one of the two outdoor pools within the community, including one within walking distance of the cabin.

Our full set of policies can be found lower on the page, but here are a few important ones:

▪ Please provide the first and last names of all guests when submitting a booking, plus tell us a little something about your stay and what brings you to the area. We are careful about who we rent to and like to get to know our guests.
▪ All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (we check this when in doubt).
▪ Check in is 4pm or later, checkout is by 10am.
▪ No smoking inside or out.

Interaction with Guests:
Our co-hosts, Ron & Kathy, will be your point of contact up to and throughout your stay. They share with booked guests their best contact number for calling and messaging, as well as a contact number for our local cleaners in case of an emergency.

A digital guest manual/area guidebook will be shared with booked guests before arrival. It provides information about amenities, important phone numbers, checkout procedures, etc., along with an in-depth guide and recommendations to area dining, shopping, activities & more! No app needed.
