I chose the neighborhood of La Plaine for Ferapalms because it perfectly blends natural beauty with genuine island hospitality. The village is peaceful yet full of life, with friendly, helpful people, a delightful local bakery, and charming snack bars and restaurants serving delicious local dishes. One of my favorite things about La Plaine is its vibrant community spirit, especially during the Goat Fest, celebrated every two years in summer. The area is surrounded by natureâs treasuresâjust a short walk to the stunning Sari Sari Falls, and a quick drive to Glacy Pool in Boetica and Victoria Falls in nearby Delices. With its lush greenery, crystal-clear rivers, and warm-hearted people, La Plaine is truly a special place to call home.
