"Playa Sur Paradise" ~ Beachfront Living ~

"Beachfront Property" Santa Cruz Beach is less than 30 steps to the Sand! "Brand New Construction - 15 July 2024" Welcome to Playa Paradise! Also, there is a swimming pool right next door at NIRU Beach Club that you can reserve a day-pass for a fee. It is an All Inclusive club including Lunch and national Cocktails, Beer & Wine and Kids beverages are included. A two (2) Bedroom two (2) bath condo with a Queen Sleeper-Sofa in the Living room, up to 2 adults or (2-3 smaller children) to accomodate a Total of 6 to 7 people in our Playa Sur condo. Everything in the unit, Beds, all the furniture is Brand New! The entire Condo and Balcony is available to Guests! I will provide you with my contact information; phone number and e-mail address after your reservation is confirmed. You can contact my Property Manager; Brenda who will meet/greet you upon your arrival and check-out time. Brenda will be available to you should you have any questions or need assistance with anything. I will provide you with Brenda's contact info after booking the property and confirmation of the reservation. Electricty is charged at 5 Pesos per kilowatt over the 47 kilowatt that is alloted per day. Brenda will take a elect. meter reading/photo at time of your check-in and also at time of your check-out. She will share wiyth you the usage above the 47 kw per day and you will be billed the difference and any charge will be added to your bill and invoice. Rarely is there an elect. sur charge unless guests leave the A/C on all the time, day & night and at coldest settings (which is not required as these are efficient brand new A/C units). There will be more written instructions in the unit regarding the  A/C and the best settings to keep you and the unit cool and comfortable during your stay. We also have a brand new baby bassinet sleeper that can roll up next to the queen and king size bed to be close to your baby. It comes with a new mattress pad & mattress sheets and baby blanket. We also have a separate new baby bathtub for infant up to 12 to 16 months
