Enjoy the entire home 5,500 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7.5 baths home, with a rooftop pool and entertainment area, with breathtaking views. The sliding doors and windows allow the ocean breezes and sounds to come to you. New STARLINK INTERNET W/2 Sets of Mesh Boosters for you to enjoy your time while you work or upload your photographs to your social media.

We are fully air conditioned, and we also have a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and Huanacaxtle wood cabinetry for your use. This makes for the perfect family/friends/solo getaway vacation spot in the tranquil community setting of La Bocana Beach.

Villa La Nena Rubio is also a disabled friendly home, with an entrance ramp.

Services included:
Beds and bathrooms serviced. Monday-Friday 8-4pm Saturday 8-2pm. (Days of rest: Sundays and Holidays)

TVs in all bedrooms, living room and TV room
Crib and high chair for a child

“Service tip” to staff, not included. Usual and customary tip is USD5.00/night/person/Guest.
"Staff Rest Days" are Sundays; and Holidays, which are as follows:
1 January - New Year
3 February – Constitution
17 March – Día de Benito Juárez
1 MAY – Labor Day
16 September – Independence Day México
18 November – Revolution Day
25 December – Christmas

Grocery store is 6.8 miles away, therefore, we offer pantry stocking ahead of your arrival so you make the most of your get-away time. Please email shopping list.
Shopper charges $300 pesos/hour, plus $150 pesos taxi each way. NOTE: We do not shop/cook for a reservation if anyone in the party suffers from a food allergy.

Note: The home has regularly scheduled maintenance, such as: pool , gas tank, gas equipment, etc. Access to the home for scheduled maintenance/emergency repair professionals, is mandatory. Upon Reserving, Guest is agreeing to grant access to regularly scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
