The listing was completely different than the condo we stayed in. There was no Tv, very few towels and dishes, no garbage bags or cleaners. Poor check in process, appeared sketchy and caused a delay in our checkin and added stress to our vacation unnecessarily. Only recommend because of the excellent location. Signage in condo indicates it is illegal to operate an Airbnb in Thailand and this is a weekly rental.

Great location, close to restaurants, clubs, transit. Spacious, comfortable bed, great size bathroom. AC is strong which is perfect for the scorching heat of Bangkok. The checkin process requires you to register your face so you can use it to open 2 doors and gain access to the elevator, which was a little annoying and concerns me with privacy issues.

Our second time staying at this condo. Mr. Skon and his team were attentive and communicated well. Very clean and well kept place that’s near shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Silom Bangkok

Second time I’ve stayed at Klass Condo. Best location for gay travelers! Or anyone else who wants to experience Bangkok. You won’t be disappointed with the property. The cleaning staff is there every day. The public areas are immaculate. The staff is super friendly and always very responsive to requests for help. Not a party building. Very quiet. The pool and workout room is always clean and suitably equipped. Enjoy your stay.

Ok overall

Accommodation is clean and the overall stay was fine. We weren’t able to access WiFi at all during our stay. We brought the initial concern forward just after check-in. I went to speak to reception - they said they would come up to help figure it out, they never did. I sent a message through Vrbo and it took them 24 hours to respond. They told me to reset the router, etc. none of this worked and I eventually gave up. There are also signs around the building saying that short term rentals are prohibited.

Our stay at this property in Bangkok was mixed. While the place itself was clean and tidy, the overall experience was marred by several inconveniences. The check-in process was mediocre, and communication with the owner could definitely be improved. There was no instruction on WIFI. One major issue was the lack of basic amenities like toilet paper, which we had to purchase ourselves. Additionally, having to rely on workers across the street to open the main door of the building became a constant nuisance. Overall, while the cleanliness of the property was commendable, the lack of convenience and communication made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated.

I struggled in the beginning because when I first sent a message via homestay, an automatic reply saying that the host doesn't use homestay to communicate. So I sent multiple emails but never got an email back. When I arrived at silom, I panicked since I didn't know how to check in until I realised that our host had sent me a message via homestay, even though the automatic reply explicitly said they didnt use homestay as a communication platform. It was misleading and caused unnecessary stress. I wish the host was more clear with the type of platform to use as a communication. Also when we arrived at our condo, the shower was clogged. So we couldn't shower until the following day after communicating with the condo. Regardless, I liked the location of the place as it was easy to get around and it was overall a comfortable place after everything was sorted out. If I were to go back, I think it would be a better experience since I know what to do. I just wish the host was better at communicating or at least replied back to my emails.

Die Fotos waren schön aber leider weit entfernt von der Realität.Alt , verlebt mit Stadtblick hat sich wohl auch erledigt.Von dem Balkon aus konnte ich lediglich einen 6.stöckigen Rohbau bewundern.Von 7.30 Uhr bis 19 Uhr permanenter Baustellenlärm,der fast unerträglich war.Der Pool war schön aber leider zwischen dem Appartmenthaus und dem Rohbau gelegen...mit viel Glück kann man sogar den herunterrieselnden Betonstaub erkennen......alles in Allem nein danke .Zu guter Letzt wurde in der letzten Woche im Eingangsbereich ein Transparent aufgehängt,das aussagt das es verboten ist Apartments im Haus an AIRBNB usw. an Reisende zu vermieten.an Reisende zu vermieten

Very nice house, clean and convenient. Facility very good swimming pool ..GYM.. Location very closed to night market ,just walking distance ..and BTS few mins walk. Skon very nice hosts and his colleague very helpful . I'm sure next time will stay here again. Thank you Skon give me memory good trip in Bangkok . A little comments : if TV change to smart TV will much better ..^^
