The home has been nicely restored. It was great for a quick weekend in Indy.

Very disappointed

First the house itself was very clean, which was a huge plus but upon entering I noticed a strong smell that seemed reminiscent of dogs or cats. This was quite unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. While the interior was well-maintained the neighborhood left much to be desired. It wasn’t in the nicest area and I felt a bit uneasy during my stay. The parking situation at the back was also concerning there was a car parked there that clearly shouldn’t have been which added to the feeling of unsafety. To be honest I wouldn’t have not felt comfortable at all on my first night if my girlfriend hadn’t been with me. It’s unfortunate as the cleanliness of the house and the usability of the space could have made for a great stay, but the overall environment made it hard to fully enjoy our time.
