CASA BRAVA (Guest House + Studio) is a stunning modern home perched high above the laid-back surf town of Sayulita. Its sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the jungle, and the city will take your breath away. And the spectacular sunsets will stay etched in your memory forever!

This is a private house; not a condo or townhouse.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bath GUEST HOUSE + STUDIO comfortably accommodates 6 guests; 4 adults and 2 kids (kids on 2 inflatable beds) and has its own private plunge pool and covered view terrace. When you decide to break free from the magnetic pull of this tropical oasis you’ll discover that it’s only a 10 minute walk into town or to the beach where plenty of eating, drinking, shopping, surfing and people-watching options await.

THE SPACE
- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath. Each bedroom has a king bed
- 6 guests; 4 adults and 2 kids (kids on 2 inflatable beds). In addition, the MAIN HOUSE (2 bedroom & 2 bathroom, sleeps 4) can accommodate an additional 4 people for a total of 10 people should you wish to rent the entire property
- Plunge pool and covered view terrace
- Ocean and Jungle views from every room
- King size beds with 100% Egyptian cotton high thread count sheets
- A/C in bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout
- Full kitchen with stainless appliances, blender, microwave, coffee maker
- Sonos audio system
- 6 stage water purification system installed in each of the kitchens
- High speed WiFi Internet access
- 100% cotton towels, and beach towels provided
- 10 minute walk to beach and town (bit more returning uphill)
- Full time English speaking manager and housekeeping staff

Wonder why there are so few reviews? We bought this house in Mar 2023 and VRBO deletes all reviews when there is a new owner. The former owner had 100s of 5-star reviews as you can imagine when you look at this property. Look at my profile below to see our reviews.

Our English-speaking manager will answer your questions and help with all of your needs. Let us arrange transportation from the airport. Want to have a private cook come in to prepare Mexican meals one or two days that you are there? Or have a masseur set up a table on our terrace for an ocean view massage? These and even private yoga instruction can easily be arranged. Please email with any questions.

The home was designed by a well known Mexican architect in true contemporary style using concrete and entire walls of glass with wonderful inside/outside living areas. Handcrafted custom Parota wood louvered doors open onto decks, patios, the garden and pool area. Every individual detail was carefully chosen to complement and enhance the unique and comfortable design, such as the onyx walls, honed granite counters, and custom made furniture. Whether the perfect spot to relax is in one of the king sized beds featuring high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, the hammocks or the chaise lounges, that is entirely up to you to decide. If you can't completely leave the outside world behind, there is super fast Wi-fi throughout.

A car isn't necessary but lots of folks do prefer to have a car or rent a golf cart while at the house. You can always get a $5 taxi to the house, day or night... they are waiting in the plaza.

Guests have their own private dipping pool and covered patio, both with great ocean views.

Nice place, upscale, really beautiful view

The unit was really nice. Upscale vibe. Beautiful view out the living room and off the deck. There are two completely separate units, so maximum privacy between the two bedrooms. The upper unit is nicer - ocean view vs jungle view, and the upper unit has a separate living room and bigger kitchen - but for a family or for two couples, it's a great two-bedroom setup. The management company is AWESOME. Extremely responsive, will fix anything within 20 minutes - INCLUDING my glasses which lost a screw and Carlos from the company came with a glasses repair kit in the evening and spent 20 minutes fixing them! I mention this because it was so over the top, I was blown away. We would definitely come back. It is a steep walk up to the property, so you can walk it and get your steps in, or rent a golf cart, or snag cabs in town for 5. It's a nice little neighborhood, to get to the beach you do have to walk down the hill and then down a busyish road for 5 minutes. However, that's the tradeoff in Sayulita - you can be on the hill and away from the noise and have the views, or you can be in town and have noise and no view LOL. When I come back to Sayulita, I'll definitely be staying here!

We've owned vacation rentals in Lake Tahoe, California for over 15 years. We've been in love with Mexico, and particularly Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta for years. We are very fortunate to have purchased Casa Brava in March 2023. We're going to spend as much time as we can at Casa Brava but with two kids it won't be nearly as much as we'd like. We're glad that we can make Casa Brava available for others to enjoy when we can't be there.The house is completely dialed in as a rental with it's own full-time house manager, full-time house cleaner, and a pool and landscape maintenance person.
