Lovely house, very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood near a lot of things in Marietta. I especially loved having the fenced in back yard and screened in porch for the dog. (Don't hang out back there if you're allergic to bees.) Only downside might be the stadium/school across the street IF there is an event happening, but it was great for our weekend. Great communication, no issues at all.

We are a family of four with two preteens and a dog. The house is absolutely charming and very well appointed. I prepared meals here and nothing was left wanting. Having a nice washer and dryer was excellent . Our only regret is we didn't have longer to stay! Having a backyard and a host who was conscientious of people traveling with pets was a bonus! The value for what you get is unbelievable! I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to the Atlanta area! You're within decent walking distance to the town center and the neighborhoods surrounding are nice places to walk. The host was very communicative and prompt with replies. Definitely a 5 out of 5!

My pooches loved the place as did me and my daughters. I went to see my oldest daughter before I move to Seattle. My daughter is a groomer, so brought my dog to get pampered, the entire time at property was so relaxing. Bill, made himself available from start to end. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pooches. Nothing was lacking, loved opening front door, so cozy. Shower pressure perfect, beds spot on and plenty of things you need at the house, hair products, bathing soap, tp, papertowels, even dish washer soap, so much i normally have to go buy, so that cut cost big time. I also appreciated that previous guest could leave things they didnt use, like coffee pods. Driveway is easy with a car, truck is a tad bit tricky. I figured it out, which im horrible with backing up so if I got the hang of it easily, trust me so will you, lol. You will not be disappointed booking here. When i visit again, I will be booking at Bills!!!! Oh btw, leash, dog bowls, poop bags and a toy at the house for you, also plenty of blankets for both pet and owner, pillows too. Loved, it so much, so much character.

Our host, Bill, was great to work with. The home was clean, updated, and perfect for our family of 4. We appreciate all the extras in the kitchen to allow us to eat there instead of eating out. The location wasn’t far from the interstate and the grocery store was right up the road.

Great house! Very centrally located to the city of Marietta. It's a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway when driving a pick up truck but we managed. The house is comfortable, the yard was great for our dog, all fenced in. The kitchen was modern and well stocked.The owner was easy to reach and checked to make sure all was good.I'd stay there again.

Such a quaint little cottage! This house was built in the 1940s and has kept a lot of that charm. I particularly loved the glass doorknobs throughout the house. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for me & my sister to enjoy any outdoor activities, but hopefully our next visit will have better weather! Bill was very attentive to our emails and able to offer different pieces of advice. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

We had a fantastic stay, and the owner was super nice and always in touch. We loved the Friday night football game and all the Halloween fun. It's a 10 out of 10, and we’ll definitely be back next time we're in Marietta!

This is a great house super close to amenities. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need as well as some things we forgot! The kids made good use of the wifi and my husband and I have decided we need a coffeemaker as fancy as the one here. We couldn't have asked for more.

Huset var godt og ligger i et stille kvarter og ligger super godt i forhold til Marietta square hvor der er en masse restauranter. Det ligger ogsÄ rigtigt godt i forhold til transport mod motorvej ind til Atlanta.

Concert on the Square

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this charming rental! The location was perfect for the occasion, the space was clean and decorated well, and you get much more privacy than you would think if you just looked at the front of the house. I lived in Cobb County for 13 years, but it’s been since 1998. I don’t recognize much, but I made it to my all time favorite restaurant, enjoyed a concert with friends I’ve known since the mid ‘80s, and watched my favorite band. If I come back to Marietta
this will be the first place I check. Thanks Bill!
