Welcome to your private oasis in the heart of downtown Boulder. Just blocks to Pearl Street’s vibrant shops and restaurants, this luxury home effortlessly blends modern sophistication with warm, comfortable elegance. As you step inside, the gracious open floor plan invites you to explore its stunning design. Walnut floors and a double-sided stacked stone fireplace create an ambiance of peace and relaxation, setting the perfect tone for your stay.

The heart of the home is the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances that make preparing meals a joy. It flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, offering the perfect setup for entertaining or enjoying quiet nights in. Every detail has been carefully curated with gorgeous finishes, creating an atmosphere that is as luxurious as it is welcoming.

Upstairs, escape to the vaulted ceilings in the primary suite complete with a king-sized bed, where a spacious dressing room and breathtaking views await. The primary en-suite bathroom is complete with his/her sinks, a soaking tub, and rain shower. On this level, the two additional bedrooms each with queen-sized beds are separated from the primary by an office foyer complete with a balcony for taking in the Rocky Mountain panorama.

The lowest level is ready for game-day action with a full walk-behind wet bar including everything from a fridge to a dishwasher. This level can function as a separate living space complete with sleeping four guests in an extra large bedroom with a king bed and twin bunk.

Nicely appointed, great location, plenty of space, comfy beds! Close to Pearl street shopping, restaurants, & walking trails. We visited Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park as a day trip. Fantastic property!

Great place for families!

We had a fantastic time in Boulder with three generations of our family. The place was so clean and functioned very well for us. The location was great too! Walking distance from Pearl Street and walking trails. We’ll rent this one again when we’re back in town!

Perfect home for our trip to Boulder! Home is as described, newly renovated, all amenities provided, large rooms especially kitchen/dining area, super location with proximity to Pearl Street pedestrial mall with abundance of fun restaurants/shops. Hiking trails/parks are nearby and easy day trips from the home N,S,E and West of the town made for a great week of exploring the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend this home!
