Room Reservations:
⋆ Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old
⋆ Early Arrival or Late Checkout is $25 (up to two hours), based on availability.
⋆ Deposit of one (1) night stay is charged at time of booking for reservations less than 7 nights. For long term rentals (7 nights or longer) a 50% deposit will be required at time of booking.
⋆ Refund: The deposit of one night stay is only refundable if the reservation is canceled by 6pm; two days (48 hours) prior to the arrival. For long term stays requiring a 50% deposit, we require cancellations made a week (7 days) before your stay for a full refund. Cancellations made within a week of your stay you will lose your full deposit.


Pet Policy:
⋆ Our rooms are pet-friendly (dogs only). All RV sites will be dog friendly (up to two)
⋆ A maximum of two pets are allowed per room.
⋆ A non-refundable $50 pet fee will be charged per reservation.
⋆ Should your pet cause property damage or item damage, an incidental fee, no less than $150, will be charged to your credit card on file.
⋆ Dogs should be leashed when outside of the room.
⋆ Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms at any time.
⋆ Pets are not allowed on the beds.
⋆ Pet “droppings” outside should be cleaned up by the guests, disposed of in a plastic bag and put into an outside trash receptacle.

⋆ We do not offer daily maid service but if your room is in need of anything, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help

Non - Smoking Policy
⋆ Riverview Lodge is a non-smoking facility. We do not allow smoking, vaping or use of marijuana within the rooms There will be a charge of $250 applied to the credit card for any guest that chooses not to abide by the non-smoking policy in the lodge rooms.
⋆ Guests that choose to smoke outside are encouraged to smoke at least 25 feet from the hotel entrances.

We do have the right to ask you to leave at any time if these items are not being followed, you are being disruptive or disrespectful of others.
