The initial check-in was not good. VRBO did not inform the location that we were staying there and when our check-in dates, times, and names were. Thankfully, the owner of this unit was able to be reached and he took care of everything. VRBO could not be reached When I needed their assistance. We called more than six times and sent multiple messages in the app and emails and had no response. Until the owner got involved. I have rented through VRBO five times now and have never had this happen before. Hopefully this is a fluke.

Overall decent

The property is well appointed. Realized the first night that there wasn’t a travel crib , even though the listing included it. They finally provided one about 7:30 that evening. On the first day, we noticed the bottomIf our feet were black from the floors. Mentioned this to the property manager and they left a mop, bucket and cleaning solution at our front door so that we would mop it ourselves. Lastly, the temperature kept defaulting to 74 degrees which was too hot for our crew.

Great Stay

My family enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. The location of the condo allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee staring at the beach!

Memorable Trip

Great location, clean condo, well furnished, comfy bedrooms, heated pools & spa, gated community and 24/7 security! Fireworks on the beach for the New Year made this a memorable trip.
