Had everything needed to cook, amazing sunrise and sunsets and quiet location. Perfect for dogs and space outside for them. Would recommend to anyone! All the neighbors were friendly as well

I highly recommend a stay at Brenda's lovely summer home on Lake Butte des Morts! The view of the lake is stunning and much closer to the house than the pictures make it look. Brenda had taken the time to decorate the house with Halloween decorations, which made everything so welcoming...like a home away from home instead of an impersonal vacation rental. The house has many thoughtful touches, such as a small table with two stools located behind the couch so that you can sit and eat while enjoying the lake view, not to mention many board games, tv's located in each bedroom, the kitchen/family room area, and the basement, and a welcome basket filled with s'more makings and water bottles. She supplies shampoo and body wash, dish soap and hand soap, plenty of towels, etc. The decor is cozy. The house is extremely clean! We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with the propane coffee table on, having a drink before dinner in the evening. We visited in late October--I would love to come back in warmer weather sometime to enjoy swimming in the lake. Brenda was a great hostess, extremely friendly and responsive to all my questions. Great experience all around!

The entire house was set up perfectly! Well labeled with everything you need to feel at home. The house is very clean with bright white linens, fluffy pillows and comforters, and the most comfortable mattresses. The entire space is decorated in a way that looks like a magazine, and is so welcoming, cozy and comfortable. The pet area is super convenient and cute, located right off the sunroom. WiFi signal was strong and there are smart tvs in every room. The real WOW factor for me was the AMAZING view, both outside and inside from the huge patio doors in the open concept kitchen/living room. There’s also firewood supplied, and we had the best time having a campfire with s’more makings also supplied by this incredible host!!

We had such a nice time! Although listed as a two bedroom there is so much space with the sunroom and extra space. Lots of amenties and well stocked. We will be back!:)

The place was exactly as advertised. It was a great location for staying on the lake yet was within driving proximity of other places to go to shop.Plenty for everyone to do. Lots of yard games and Floaties. Will definitely recommend this place.

The house was super cute and you have everything that you need under the roof and then some. The yard is spacious and private. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets were amazing. Lots of birds in the yard, ducks, and osprey. Brenda was a great host and very responsive. No communication issues whatsoever. We enjoyed our week here and would do so again!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view and nature. Great Lake House

Pet vacation/road trip

People accommodations were good. Beds good and overall everything was clean. Pet was given his own drawer of toys and couch area. Large back yard area to play ball. Enjoyed our time there

This cottage exceeded our expectations. I've never seen a cottage so stocked with everything and anything you could possibly want or need. It had dog toys, poop bags, dog bowls, a welcome snack tray of goodies for the humans, coffee supplies, games, baggies, etc., paper plates, shampoo, an extra basement bonus room with more games, a screened in sun porch, a small fenced area for the pups, an adult basket swing, fire pit, lake toys, beach towels..........I could go on and on. This is a beautiful cottage and it was so clean and so unique. We would HIGHLY reccommed!!

Nice little Lake House

The property manager was nice and easy to communicate with. The property itself is just as pictured. The area is easy to get to and quiet. There were cute little touches and extras; like specific dog blanket and bowls and welcome snacks. Unfortunately we were there mostly to just sleep so I can’t comment on much more.

Wonderful, peaceful getaway

We are happy to share a little slice of that with you and hope you have an enjoyable stay. Our goal with this house (which was our personal summer residence for 13 years) is to really embrace "Wisconsin Waterfront Life" and all of the relaxing/adventure/activities/views that define that.
