This cozy lodge is the perfect home base for your trip to Simms. With 4 bedrooms including 3 king beds and 1 bunk bed, along with 3 bathrooms, this cozy retreat offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. The additional living rooms with a sofa bed and huge TV provide even more room to relax. The outdoor space offers a fireplace under the covered porch along with a grill/griddle for cooking, and also a large fire pit in the back yard. There is also an ice machine and walk in cooler if needed. Even Better Than The Pictures

This property truly exceeded our expectations—the online photos don’t do it justice. You have to experience it in person to really appreciate how spacious, peaceful, and well-designed it is.We were in town for a graduation and had family join us on the second night. The location is extremely quiet—almost too quiet the first night with just the three of us—but once we got settled, we found it peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of outdoor lighting, which helped us feel more comfortable.Inside, the home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge bonus, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with food but was well-equipped for cooking, and the Keurig was definitely a lifesaver!We also really enjoyed the man cave—it was the perfect space for late-night card games and hanging out. The outdoor area was a great bonus too, with nice seating and even an outdoor ice machine.Clint was very responsive and made sure we knew he was available if anything came up. My family absolutely loved the stay and are already asking when we can book again.The only small suggestions would be to have the patio and grill cleaned between guests and maybe give guests a heads-up to grab groceries on the way, since stores aren’t very close by.All in all, a fantastic stay—we highly recommend it!
