Perched just above the Main Square, Feniks Exceptional lives up to its name with breathtaking terrace views and a bold, modern design. A striking glass-walled bathroom adds a touch of luxury and flair, while the outdoor space invites you to take in KrakĂłwâs skylineâfrom sunrise to starlightâin complete comfort and style.
Every corner of this sleek retreat has been curated for visual impact and effortless relaxation. From the terrace, watch the city transform through the dayâits rooftops catching golden morning light, then shimmering under the stars. Inside, contemporary finishes and artistic details create a space that feels both indulgent and inspiring. Feniks Exceptional isnât just a stayâitâs a statement.
The Feniks tenement house, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. The building has 2 elevators, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Market Square. Within a 5-10 minute walk there are many tram and bus stops. The main train station is a 15 minute walk away. The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is only allowed with a permit. We have one paid parking space at our guests' disposal, reservation is required.
- We kindly ask all guests to confirm their arrival time with the reception.
- The reception is located on the 3rd floor and is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00. You can store your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out
- The location of the building in the heart of the city has its price - you cannot expect perfect silence here.
- Organizing any parties (especially stag/hen parties) in the apartment or in the building is strictly prohibited, smoking and keeping animals is strictly prohibited.
- Breakfast is available as a voucher to be used in a nearby cafe for PLN 50.

The apartment features a 160 x 200 cm bed, a Smart TV, a kitchenette, and a desk. In the bathroom with a shower, our guests will also find a hairdryer, and in the kitchenette, there are pots, tableware, cutlery, a kettle, and a microwave. Guests also have access to a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. We provide high-quality bed linen and towels.
