Located in Sand Dunes Resort on a high floor, this 3 Bedroom Condo has AMAZING views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, and living room, and main bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 10 people!
Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer for your clothes in this beautiful condo as well! Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighbouring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.
Note:
1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.
Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.

This condo has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, LCD TVs, and ocean views from the balcony. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area and lazy river area are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
