Inside, the home is designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and more. The dining room seats six, perfect for family dinners or enjoying meals with friends.



Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom, a peaceful space that’s perfect for unwinding. The spacious living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a TV with Firestick for your entertainment.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the home, including the private, fully fenced-in backyard, pool, and driveway.

🔑 Check-in: 4 PM – 10 PM (If you plan to arrive later than 10 pm please communicate this to ensure a seamless after hours check in)

🏁 Check-out: 10 AM

Early check-in / late check-out may be available (up to 1 PM when possible).

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.



Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

Non-refundable pet fee applies.

Only up to 2 pets allowed (dogs only).

All pets must be disclosed.

Guests must clean up after pets, both indoors and in the backyard.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.



Smoking:

Smoking is allowed only outside in the backyard or on the deck.

No smoking inside the home.



Parking:

Parking is available for up to 5 cars in the driveway and on the street.



Damages:

Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence.



Trash & Cleanup:

Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the provided outdoor receptacles.



Check-Out Instructions:

Before leaving, please ensure that you have:

Checked all rooms and closets for your belongings

Thrown away any remaining food and taken out the trash

Left the property in the same condition as you found it

Locked all windows and doors

Ensured all lights and electronics are off

Set the thermostat to 75° in summer, or 68° in winter

By booking this property, you agree to follow the house rules and understand that any breach of these rules may result in additional charges, if you are asked to leave due to not following house rules and policies no refund will be provided. There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the home. We have a ring doorbell on the front door and a security camera in the back yard that covers some area of the pool and hot tub
