Wonderful location in Charleston. Close to outstanding restaurants and shopping. Ideal for solo travelers. The communication with the property manager was seamless.

Good location though hard to find at first. Everything was clean and very updated. I did not realize how small the room was and no where to sit but the patio. We did drag chairs into room so we could sit on something but the bed. We never unpacked as no where to put bags. I will say the bed was not great either, a new mattress would be nice. The bathroom was very nice and comfortable.

It was a wonderful spot, right off King Street! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Excellent communication before and during our stay. We would stay at the fire tower again without a doubt!

3 nights in this location was great, as you could walk to many of the local sites and restaurants. Even the Charleston firefighters right next store were very helpful when we first arrived and had a few questions. David our host was very attentive to our questions and needs and typically responded within a few minutes. Also, they even gave us a wonderful goody bag to help celebrate our 40th anniversary! If you are there for an extended time would be nice to have a microwave and way to get ice but not a deal breaker. Also, it was nice having a balcony to have morning coffee and several roof top areas for the beautiful sunset.

Great place to stay! So close to everything-you can walk practically everywhere! Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, great space on the balcony. Great communication with the host as well! Will def stay here again in the future

The property was in a great condition and very centrally located to most restaurants and attractions in the tourist area of Charleston. The hosts were easy to work with and actually provided an additional day's stay at a reduced rate because of availability. When we return to Charleston we will definitely use the fire tower property again.

We loved the place. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was so easy with a code Our host was communicative and helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. It was perfectly located on King St so we were able to walk all over downtown Charleston. We took the water taxi over to Mount Pleasant. We ubered over to Shem’s Creek, a little more laid back area. We would absolutely come back.

The room was very nice and very clean. The balcony was great! Very courteous host and always ready to help. The parking vouchers were also very helpful for the garage that was not a far walk away.

Perfect downtown escape

The location is perfect for walking and exploring the city of Charleston! We loved spending all day out and about and having a home base close by to shower up and reset for a night out. Everything is walking distance, and parking is a breeze in case you want to take a day and drive to a nearby beach (maybe like 25 minutes away)

The location was excellent, with dining and shopping nearby. We rented the studio apartment, which was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop of the building one night. Honestly there is so much to do in Charleston, we only showered and slept there. Initially we thought the studio was a bit pricey, but when we figured it included the convenient parking in the midtown garage it was very reasonable. We parked once & didn't move our car until we left. The city is very walkable and offers a downtown area shuttle (DASH) for free (with a stop a block away on Spring St). We would definitely recommend staying at the Fire Tower!

This location at the north end of King ended up being perfect for us. At first, we were disappointed the parking space provided was in the parking deck across the street rather than on location. BUT, it end up working out better for us! Primarily because it meant we still had parking the whole day after we checked out. And covered parking at that. They provide parking vouchers, super convenient solutions.The unit itself is the perfect size for a romantic getaway. Very clean. Great shower.The balcony and roof top areas were super relaxing. Fantastic views. There are some late night venues immediately surrounding the unit with loud music, but the unit is well insulated and noise was never an issue when we slept.Right in front of this unit is a coffee shop, babas in cannon, that we went to daily. We highly recommend it.
