We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms & was a big reason for booking this location. Property overall was clean and well maintained. Location was great & we enjoyed opening and closing our days on the deck. Overall would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Prospector! It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, and to Custer State Park. It’s close enough to walk downtown into Hill City. Lots of great shops and restaurants. It was our first trip to South Dakota and we truly loved our stay and plan to come back again!

This is a duplex which can be connected by an outdoor deck. Normally, the passaage is locked. Very good, fairly new and well functioning appliances. Our mattress was comfortable. Private primary bedroom deck and bedroom patio below. All plumbinh fixtures are fairly new and all functioned perfectly. Wall art was appropriate. Everything was painted and in good repair. My only criticism is the great room furniture. New sofas and chairs would really refresh the whole place. My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay.

Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was awesome. We had four kids and they played ball in the quiet street. It was close to a lot of activities in the hills.

Excellent location and great property
