Very clean apartment and was exactly as described. It is in a great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great spot if you are in Detroit for a sporting event, concert or show. Will stay again if we are ever back in Detroit.

This is a beautiful apartment located close to many venues and restaurants. Was very clean with many caring touches that made our stay cozy and comfortable.

Great space located near everything! Jolly Pumpkin, Shinola, City Bird and Third Man Records are a block away. Great coffee shop, restaurants, and market right out the front door. Easy walk to Little Caesars Arena, Ford Field ans Comerica Park. Sarina was very attentive and helpful. Will be back again!

Affordable, Convenient to Ford Field, Our Host was very available and most excellent, there was plenty of shopping options and restaurants nearby, secure building in a nice neighborhood. Most excellent and would definitely stay thrre again. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

We loved the location for this place but I was very disappointed for a few reasons .. there is only 1 bed in apt.No queen Murphy bed in living room. Also this place sleeps 3 not 4. Both tvs did not work, we tried for several minutes. The coffee machine in the morning was a HUGE disappointment. Doesn't work. Wi Fi Did not work, parking space 55 unreadable.found used panty hoses socking in cubboard under tv.

Good afternoon, Kim. I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. I wish you had called me to assist you with finding the items listed you had problems with. The Wi-Fi from my end seems to work perfectly fine. There was a rollaway mattress in the laundry room. The coffee machine works perfectly, and I could have assisted with how to use it. The cleaners said both of the TVs were working when she left. Lastly, I had no control over the parking lot, which did not have enough paint for you to see the numbers for space 55. I truly apologize that your experience wasn't up to your standard.

We were in town for a concert. Our host was absolutely amazing. It was the small things that she thought of that we appreciated the most. The bottled water….my favorite flavor of La Croix…candy..lol..Within walking distance to literally everything. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the D!

This was the perfect location for our visit and the included parking gave us peace of mind since we didn’t need to worry about on-street parking and we chose sometimes not to drive but to walk or Uber. Close to many attractions and places to eat hang out,and the Q-line is free and at the end of the block. Our host Sarina was very responsive, within minutes, and helped us get checked in when the VRBO app kept glitching and we couldn’t pull up our reservation. We stayed for three nights and were comfortable and felt safe. Very clean space with lots of natural light.
